Morning madness! It's not your usual traffic jam, sunrise stress or daily pressure. There's something else that many people are now mad about: Why eat breakfast --- you ask? Why not? Eating breakfast is a feel-good, great day guarantee:

"But I'm not hungry in the morning!"
Come on, the last time you ate something was between 10 or 11 last night, you have to "break the fast". As food fuels your body, a good breakfast gives you lots of energy from its complex carbohydrates and protein to jumpstart your morning and keep you going until lunch.

"I'm on diet!"
Good news, breakfast doesn't make you bulky!  Skipping meals does and often leads to cravings and snacking all day. Eating breakfast will actually help you reach and maintain your ideal weight. As your appetite will be satisfied longer, you'll be eating food when you can best burn calories.

"Thanks, but coffee is fine with me!"
Missing or having a poor breakfast habit may lead to poor concentration, mood swings, hyperactive disruptive behavior, poor energy levels, and headaches and will make you more prone to illnesses such as colds and flu. Caffeine may mask hunger but foods eaten at breakfast contain significant amounts of Vitamin C and D, calcium, iron and fiber.

"I don't like breakfast food --- they're bland and boring!"
Who says you have to stick to bland, boring, traditional food or even those dinner leftovers?

"I don't have the time!"
There's no excuse for skipping breakfast! It can alter the course of your day, transform your body and affect the quality of your life. So get up, check up morning madness and start becoming a breakfast believer!
