1-2-3 Fiesta Ham with Guava Glaze

1 whole Purefoods Fiesta Ham, thawed
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tub Magnolia Best Fruits Jam, Pink Guava



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Score the surface of the ham (about 1 cm. deep) by lightly running the knife on its fatty surface making a criss-cross pattern and top with brown sugar.

Step 3

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until syrup becomes caramelized.

Step 4

Take out from oven and brush surface with the pink guava jam. Serves 10 to 12.

Step 5

Let cool slightly then slice before serving.
