555 Carne Norte Chunky Nilaga

1 small head cabbage
2 (150 gms.) cans 555 Carne Norte Chunky
5 cups beef broth
1 med. onion, quartered
2 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed
½ tsp. whole peppercorn
1 tsp. salt
½ cup Baguio beans, strings removed
1 bundle pechay


Step 1

In a stock pot, pour in beef broth and allow to boil. Then add in onions, potatoes, peppercorns and salt. Cook until potatoes are tender.

Step 2

Add in a Baguio beans, pechay and cabbage. Then add in 555 Carne Norte Chunky.

Step 3

Allow to simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
