555 Carne Norte Garlic Tostado Coco Express



2 tbsps. Cooking oil
1 small red onion, chopped
1 finger chili (siling haba), sliced into 3
2 bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo), chopped
2 (150 gms.) cans 555 Carne Norte
Garlic tostado
½ bundle string beans (sitaw), cut into thin rouns
½ cup coconut milk
salt & pepper to taste


Step 1

In a saucepan, heat cooking oil. Saute onions, finger chili (siling haba) and bird's eye chili ((siling labuyo).

Step 2

Add in 555 Carne Norte and string beans (sitaw). Cook for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add in coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
