Adobong Salmon Belly



180 gms. salmon belly
150 gms. adobo sauce
85 gms. vinegar
85 gms. pepper
5 gms. laurel leaves
10 gms. garlic
5 gms. salt

For the garnish:

toasted bread
salted egg
salad tomato



Step 1

Heat adobo sauce in a small size pan. Grill the salmon belly and simmer in the adobo sauce. Slice the salmon belly horizontally and place in a serving plate.

Step 2

Place the salted egg, onion an tomato in a small bowl and place beside the serving plate. Put the toasted bread on top of the salmon belly.
