Ingredients:

1 small scoop ice cream/gelato (hazelnut or vanilla)
½ shot espresso
1 jigger (1 shot) Amaretto Liqueur
½ pc. Biscotti (almond or chocolate),
Cut into crouton-size pieces

 

Method

Step 1

In a martini glass, add a scoop of ice cream.

Step 2

Add biscotti croutons.

Step 3

Using an espresso machine, extract ½ shot espresso and place in espresso cup.

Step 4

Prepare amaretto shot, Place all in a nice tray to serve.

Step 5

Add amaretto and espresso to gelato. Eat fast!
