Baked Kamoteng Kahoy



1 k. kamoteng kahoy
1 small can condensed milk
pinch of anise seed or vanilla
2 1/2 cups coconut milk



Step 1

Boil camoteng kahoy until it's cooked then mash it. Remove the fiber in the center. Add condensed 1/2 can of condensed milk or according to your taste. Then add 2 1/2 cups of pure coconut milk, and the vanilla or anise seed. Place in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
