1-2 pcs bananas (lacatan or bongolan)
1 tbsps. lemon or calamansi juice
1/2 cup ice cold water, or
1 cup shaved ice
2 tbsps. sugar, or to taste
1 (170 gms) can cream
Puree bananas in a blender or mash and pass through a sieve. Blend in the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour into individual glasses. Serves 4.
