Basic Crepe



1 cup all-purpose flour
2 pcs. eggs (medium)
1 tbsp. sugar
½ cup fresh milk
3/4 cup cold water
2 tbsps. butter, melted



Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and sugar. Gradually add milk, water, eggs and butter, stirring until mixture is smooth. Heat crepe pan with a little butter over medium heat and pour approximately ¼ cup of the crepe mixture onto the griddle.

Step 2

Tilt the pan in circular motion for an even surface. Cook until lightly browned, loosen with spatula, turn and cook the other side. Makes 8 crepes.
