Beef Adobo Sa Gata



1/2 k. beef kamto, cut into serving portions
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Maggi Savor, Classic
1 tsp. whole peppercorns
1 pc. Bay leaf
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 (8 gm.) Maggi Magic Sarap
1 cup water
1 cup coconut cream
1 (8 gm.) Maggi Magic Sarap
2 pcs. sili panigang
salt to taste



Step 1

Briskly boil beef in the next 7 ingredients.

Step 2

Simmer over low heat for at least 1/2 hour or until beef is tender.

Step 3

Add more water if necessary.

Step 4

When beef is tender, add coconut cream and the remaining Maggi Magic Sarap.

Step 5

Continue simmering until sauce has thickened.

Step 6

Add sili panigang.

Step 7

Season with salt to taste.
