Beef Koufta



1-1/2 kls. Ground beef, ground extra fine
1 large onions
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste



Step 1

Using a food processor, finely chop the onion and the parsley.

Step 2

Add the onions and the parsley to the ground beef in a large bowl.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Form the mixture into small balls and place several onto a skewer.

Step 5

Shape like a cigar.

Step 6

Grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

Step 7

Alternatively, one can also bake it at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour.

Step 8

Serve with rice or with bread.
