Bone-in-Ham with Zesty Pineapple Glaze2017-12-07
1 Swift Bone-in-Ham, about 3 kl.s
½ cup crushed pineapple
¼ cup prepared mustard
dash of ground cloves.
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Line a shallow pan with aluminum foil. Remove wrappings and peel-off skin from Swift Bone-in-Ham, taking care not to break the fat.
Place ham, fat side-up on aluminum foil-line pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 to 1-½ hours or till heated through to center of ham and top is deliciously golden. Meanwhile, combine crushed pineapple, mustard and dash of ground cloves in a small bowl.
About 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from the oven. Score the surface; spoon glaze over the entire ham.
Return to the oven, basting occasionally during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve, garnished with froasted green and red grapes, sliced orange, kiwi and parsley sprigs.
