Buttery Tanigue with Creamy Cucumber Sauce



½ k. tanigue steaks
1 tbsp. Maggi Savor, Classic
2 tbsps. Butter, melted

For the creamy cucumber sauce, combine:

1 (250 ml.) Nestle All-purpose Cream
2 med. cucumbers; peeled, seeded & diced
½ tsp. ground white pepper
1 (8 gms.) Maggi Magic Sarap
2 tbsps. lime juice
½ tsp. grated lime peel
salt to taste


Step 1

Marinate the tanigue in Maggi Savor Classic for at least 30 minutes; set aside. Grill marinated fish.

Step 2

Brush occasionally with melted butter to keep from dying. Serve with prepared sauce.
