Ingredients:

½ cup instant coffee
¼ cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk solids

Method

Step 1

Stir ingredients together. Process in a blender until powdered. Use 2 tbsp. of mixture for each cup of hot water. Optional: Top with fat free cool whip and chocolate sprinkles. Per Cup: Calories 59, Fat 0.1g, Cholesterol 1mg, Sodium 36mg, Carbohydrate 12.3g, Protein 2.6g.
