Cassava Fruit Crunch

Ingredients:

1 can (439 g) fruit cocktail, drained and coarsely chopped
½ kg cassava, finely grated then lightly squeezed
3/4 cup suga
1-½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup pinipig

 

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except pinipig. Form into ½ tablespoon balls then roll in pinipig.

Step 2

Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
