Cerveza Negra BBQ Sauce (For basting grilled meats)



3 tbsps. Magnolia Nutri-oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pc. Med. Onion, finely chopped
½ cup Cerveza Negra Beer
½ cup brown sugar
1-½ cups tomato catsup
½ cup Purefoods Supremo Cane Vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup molasses
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper


Step 1

Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until translucent. Add beer and reduce to half.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until thick. Use as a basting sauce for grilling meats.
