Cheesy Tuna Triangles



8 slices of white bread
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 (184 gms.) can tuna chunks in water, drained
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
8 slices quick melt cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs
3 cups cooking oil for deep frying



Step 1

Flatten bread with rolling pin or press with hands. Spread bread with ketchup. Top with tuna, bell pepper and cheese. Fold to form a triangle. Seal edges well. Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
