Cheloy’s Raw Asian Salad



2 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup combination of acid fruits or sweet fruits (your choice) ½ cup coconut meat
any combination of cucumber, carrots, sugarbeets, turnips, celery, tomatoes and pineapple

For the dressing, mix:

4 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps. lime or lemon juice
2 tbsps. Braggs liquid
aminos gourmet
seasoning or namu
shoyu soy sauce
1 tsp. agave (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced (or minced onion)
2 tbsps. fresh mixed herbs e.g. basil, dill, rosemary, tarragon etc.)


Step 1

Arrange the mixed greens, fruits and vegetables in a platter or salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad. Serve.
