Chicken Adobo Flakes On Pandesal



2 cups chicken adobo, thinly shredded
3 tbsps. Corn oil
4 lettuce leaves
2 slices tomatoes
4 slices red eggs
4 tbsps. Lady’s Choice mayonnaise



Step 1

Grab a medium sauce pan and heat 3 tablespoons corn oil. For a tastier crunch, fry shredded adobo until crispy. Remember to remove excess oils by draining the adobo shreds on paper towels.

Step 2

Get the pandesal and split into two. Place the lettuce on one half, and spread 1 tablespoon Lady's Choice mayonnaise over it. Next, put a slice of tomato on top of the spread and sprinkle with ½ cup crispy adobo flakes.

Step 3

For an added flavor, garnish with red egg. Now, cover with the other half of the pandesal. Repeat the procedures to makes 4 sandwiches.
