Chicken Adobo Sa Gata Con Pasta



500 gms. Boneless chicken breast or thigh
50 ml. Quick Adobo Marinade
1-2 cups water
1 can mushrooms (button or straw)
1 cup coconut cream
500 gms. Pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 clove garlic, minced & toasted



Step 1

Place first three ingredients in a pot. Allow to boil and simmer until meat becomes tender.

Step 2

Add the mushrooms and coco cream. Allow to simmer for a minute or two.

Step 3

Pour over prepared pasta and spirnkle with toasted garlic. Serve hot.
