Chicken and Mango Stir-Fry



4 pcs. chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
3 tbsps. Olive oil
½ cup onion, sliced
2 tbsps. Garlic, chopped
1 cup red & green bell pepper, sliced
3 tbsps. Oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
½ cup water mixed with
1-½ tbsps. cornstarch
1 cup ripe mangoes, diced
½ tbsps. sesame seeds
salt to taste
pepper to taste



Step 1

Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chicken until golden brown. Add the onions, bell peppers and garlic.

Step 2

Pour the sesame oil, oyster sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cornstarch slurry. Allow to simmer. Before serving, add mangoes and sesame seeds.
