Chicken Crunchies



8 finger-size slices of deboned chicken breast
salt & pepper for seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ cup milk
½ cup cornflakes (plain), crushed slightly
½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
3 tbsps. Honey Mustard Sauce



Step 1

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the egg and milk.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine the flour, cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture then the flour. Repeat. Deep fry for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce.
