Chicken Oriental Salad



150 gms. Lettuce, cleaned sliced
2 tbsps. Carrot, peeled & coarsely grated
1 tsp. chives, chopped
¼ cup spaghetti noodles, cooked then deep fried for 30 seconds until crispy
3 pcs. Chicken Crunchies, fried
¼ cup Honey-Mustard Dressing



Step 1

Toss the lettuce with the carrots.

Step 2

Arrange on the salad plate.

Step 3

Sprinkle the fried noodles all over the salad.

Step 4

Arrange the chicken crunchies on top.

Step 5

Sprinkle with chives.

Step 6

Serve with honey-mustard dressing on the side.
