Chicken Potato Bruschetta



1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. pesto
1 tsp. melted cheese
3 slices Walter High Fiber
Weight Control Bread, toasted
3 potatoes, thinly cut & fried
1 (6 0z.) pkg. Chicken breast strips
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drain then chopped


Step 1

Blend mayo and pesto then spread on bread. Layer evenly with potatoes, chicken and peppers. Top with melted cheese.
