Chicken Sopas



1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can (1 1/2 cups) water
1/4 cup each chicken breast, diced
celery, red & green bell pepper, white onion, chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
1/4 tsp. each salt & white pepper
1/3 cup cheesemelts for topping, grated


Step 1

Put soup and water in pyrex bowl. Mix with wire whisk until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients except macaroni. Set microwave oven on high for 6 minutes. Add macaroni. Pour on 3 soup bowls. Serve with bread sticks or hot pandesal. Top with grated cheesemelts cheese. Or put all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir until boiling.
