Chicken Tandoori



3/4 k. chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips
1 (8 oz.) plain yoghurt
4 tsps. Lemon juice
1-½ tsps. Ginger, freshly grated
2 tsps. Paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. ground coriander
2 tsps. Pansalt
pinch of turmeric
pinch of turmeric
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced



Step 1

Place chicken in a large plastic bag.

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients, pour over chicken and seal.

Step 3

Marinate for 6 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat broiler.

Step 4

Drain chicken, skewer in bamboo sticks (or metal skewers) with zucchini and bell pepper.

Step 5

Grill using a grill pan until chicken is done.
