Chili Cheese Sticks



several pieces finger chili
cheese, crumbled
lumpia or large wonton
cooking oil for deep-frying


Step 1

Carefully make a slit on each of the finger chili. Stuff with crumbled cheese.

Step 2

Wrap each chili in the lumpia wrapper and deep-fry until done. Serve immediately. Note: If you want the cheese sticks to be less "hot" simply remove the seeds of the finger chilis before stuffing with cheese.
