4 tsps. Powdered sugar
4 tsps. Cocoa
¾ cup butter
¾ cup cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
¼ cup Nestle all Purpose Cream
¼ cup all Purpose flour
1 tbsp. Coffee liqueur
2 pcs. Eggs
4 pcs. Eggyolks
¼ cup sugar
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Butter 3 ramekins, sprinkle each ramekin with cocoa-sugar mixture.
Heat butter and melt chocolate.
Remove from heat and whisk in cream, flour and liqueur.
Stir until smooth and completely blended.
Beat whole eggs, yolks and sugar until very thick and pale yellow in color.
Using a rubber scraper, gently fold in beaten eggs into the chocolate mixture, 1/3 at a time until completely blended.
Pour into ramekins ¾ full.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft. Cool and invert on dessert plates.
Dust with more cocoa-powdered sugar before serving.
