Chocolate Souffle



2 tbsps. chocolate sauce
4 pcs. eggwhites
¼ cup amaretto sauce
1/3 cup milk
10 gms. sugar
pinch of tartar
2 tbsps. powdered sugar



Step 1

Beat eggwhites, powdered sugar until stiff. Mix chocolate sauce, milk and sugar. Fold into eggwhites, then pour in buttered molds. Bake and serve with amaretto sauce.
