Coffee Biscocho



½ cup Magnolia Gold Butter, softened
4 tbsps. San Mig Coffee instant, coffee, dissolved in
2 tbsps. Water
6 pcs. white bread, sliced
½ cup white sugar


Step 1

Whisk butter until light. Add dissolved coffee into the butter. Blend well.

Step 2

Spread about 2 tablespoons of coffee butter on the bread slices. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar on top of the butter. Toast bread until crispy. Cool before serving.
