Coffee Jello



1 scoop crushed ice
sugar syrup
40-50 gms. prepared coffee jelly or coffee flavored gulaman
nata de coco (red)


Step 1

Cube the coffee jelly. Place at the bottom of serving glass. Fill with crushed ice.

Step 2

Top with skewed cube of coffee jelly and red nata de coco. Drizzle with sugar syrup and serve.
