Cream Cheese Fruit Trifle



20 pcs. Broas (ladyfingers)
500 ml. Whipping cream
300 ml. Condensed milk
2 (220 gms.) packs cream cheese
300 gms. Strawberry, halved
4 pcs. Mango, cubed
5 pcs. Kiwi fruit, peeled then halved
1 cup blueberry preserves
cup cointreau



Step 1

Whip the cream cheese until smooth then add the whipping cream until you get soft peaks, add the condensed milk and cointreau. Mix well.

Step 2

Place the broas on the bottom of a good-sized bowl then spread the cream mixture on the broas. Layer the mango cubes next, followed anew by the cream. Repeat the procedure again with the kiwi and the strawberry. Top with the cream.

Step 3

Garnish with strawberry slices and blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. A brand of triple sec that is commonly inbibed as an aperitif or digestif.
