Creamy Lemon Tuna and Peas Pasta



1 cup chicken broth
250 gms. fettucine, cooked according to package directions
1 cup Jolly Green Peas
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggyolks
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground pepper
2 tsps. lemon rind, grated
1 (184 gms.) can Century Tuna Chunks in water, drained
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated


Step 1

Place broth in a Meyer open fry pan. Allow to boil for 3 minutes over medium high heat. Add green peas and cook for 2 more minutes. Add in a pasta and cook until well heated through.

Step 2

In a clean bowl, mix together cream, eggyolks, salt, pepper and lemon rind. Stir in the cream mixture into the pasta. Lower the heat. Add tuna. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and transfer onto a platter. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
