Crema Al Ron (Rum Cream Filling)

Ingredients:

Crust:

8 pcs. Patty shells (2-1/2” -diameter), store-bought

Filling:

½ cup Magnolia Gold Butter, softened
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 cup Magnolia Cream Cheese, softened
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsps. La Tondena premium rum
½ cup Magnolia all purpose cream, very cold

Toppings:

fresh fruits
almonds, slivered

 

Method

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in cream cheese, cinnamon and rum.

Step 2

Continue beating until well blended then add very cold Magnolia all purpose cream.

Step 3

Scop filling into shells then refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4

Scoop filling into shells then refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with any fresh fruits of your choice.

Step 5

Garnish with silvered almonds.
