Crème Caramel Thai Style



1 cup coconut milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup syrup
pinch of salt
cooking oil


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease molds with oil and set aside. Beat the eggs until fluffy. Add salt, sugar, vanilla and coconut milk. Stir.

Step 2

Pour syrup on the bottom of the molds. Make sure that the bottom of each mold is completely covered. Pour the egg mixture into each mold, at least 3/4 full. Place in a large baking dish or a deep-sided dish. Pour water into the bottom of the baking
