Double Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced into quarters
2 tbsps. Sugar
2 tbsps. Water
20 pcs. lady fingers
1 pint Magnolia Classic Strawberry Ice Cream, softened


Step 1

Cook strawberries in a small saucepan with sugar and water for 1 minute. Let cool and set aside.

Step 2

Line lady fingers at the bottom of a square dish. Spread strawberry ice cream about ½" thick then arrange cooked strawberries on top of ice cream.

Step 3

Arrange another layer of lady fingers on top of strawberry then put cake inside chiller to set. Slice cake into 2 x 2" -squares. Serve immediately.
