Eggwhite Icing



1/3 cup eggwhites
1 cup Dari Crème (Classic)
margarine, cut into pieces
1-¼ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsps. Mango puree


Step 1

Beat eggwhites and powdered sugar with a flat beater at low speed until well blended.

Step 2

Change speed to high and beat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Reduce speed to low and add the cold margarine pieces. Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Add the mango puree.
