Espresso Chocolate Chips Cookies

2 cups bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
4 pcs. Eggs
1- 1/2 cups sugar
1- 1/2 tbsps. Instant espresso powder
1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups choco chips
4 cups walnuts, chopped


Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter, set aside.

Step 2

Sift together the dry ingredients using a fine sifter on Glad Cook 'n' Bake paper.

Step 3

Paddle the eggs and sugar until white and fluffy.

Step 4

Add vanilla and espresso powder.

Step 5

Add the chocolate/butter/ mixture to combine.

Step 6

Stir in the dry ingredients.

Step 7

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Step 8

Line a sheet tray with Glad Cook 'n' Bake paper.

Step 9

Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the batter on the lined sheet tray.

Step 10

Bake at 350˚F for 7 to 10 minutes.
