Festival Ham in Orange-Wine Ham Sauce



1 (1 k.) Swift Festival Ham, baked
1-½ cups orange marmalade
½ cup Sunkish Hi Orange juice
1/3 cup red wine



Step 1

Bake Swift Festival Ham as per package directions.

Step 2

Place in a festive serving plate.

Step 3

Place remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until flavors blend together.

Step 4

Use a basting or glaze for ham.

Step 5

Remove ham from oven; let cool slightly; garnish with fruits and greens of your choice.

Step 6

Serve more of the glaze on the side.

Step 7

To make the orange-wine ham sauce: Place orange marmalade, orange juice and red wine in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
