Festival Ham with Zesty Pineapple Glaze



1 swift Festival Ham (about 1.2 to 1.5 kls.)
½ cup crushed pineapple
¼ cup mustard
5 tsps. pineapple glaze


Step 1

Remove plastic wrap of Swift Festival Ham. Place ham in a shallow pan and bake in a preheated oven at 325ºF for 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 2

During the last 10 minutes, spoon prepared glaze over ham. (The remaining sauce may be served separately with baked ham. ) Garnish with pineapple rings, kiwi stemmed cherry and parsley.
