Fiesta Kesong Puti a la Carbonara



1 pack (400 gms.) Fiesta Spaghetti
2 pcs. med size onions, chopped
1 cup canned button mushrooms, sliced
2 packs (200 gms.) Swift Delicious Bacon, cubed & crispy-fried
1/2 cup Butterfresh Margarine
6 eggs
1 brick (250 ml.) Selecta Moo fresh milk
1 cup kesong puti, crumbled
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsps. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper


Step 1

Cook Fiesta Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and add 2 tablespoons Butterfresh Margarine; keep warm.

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt remaining margarine; sauté onions, mushrooms and fried bacon. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the ground pepper and kesong puti.

Step 3

Mix together cooked spaghetti, bacon-mushroom mixture and stir in the eggs mixture. Blend thoroughly.

Step 4

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until thick and creamy. Turn onto a heated bowl; sprinkle with chopped parsley.
