Fiesta Sloppy Joes

2 cup Sariwanok Ground Chicken
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
250 gms. Fiesta Spaghetti Sauce, Italian Blend
¼ cup ketchup
1/3 brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. soy sauce
6-8 hamburger buns, split & toasted


Step 1

1. In a skillet, cook ground chicken, onion, garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain off any broth or fat.

Step 2

2. Stir in Fiesta Spaghetti Sauce, Italian Blend, ketchup and brown sugar and soy sauce; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

3. Spoon about ½ cup meat mixture onto each bun. Round out hearty lunch featuring Fiesta Sloppy Joes with potato or corn chips, carrot and cucumber sticks. Wrapped in aluminum foil, a Sloppy Joe fits well into a medium lunchbox.
