Fish Fillet with Broccoli



fish fillet, sliced into 1″-cubes
broccoli florets
carrots, sliced into rounds
button mushrooms, sliced
leeks, sliced into 1/2″-lengths
ginger, sliced into strips
garlic, minced



Step 1

Boil the broth in a pan then add broccoli florets and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes, drain. Put the fish fillet into the broth and let boil for 3 minutes, drain.

Step 2

In a pan, heat some oil and saute broccoli florets for 2 to 3 minutes; transfer to a plate. in the same pan, saute garlic and ginger then add carrots, leeks and mushrooms. Add the fish cubes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Simmer for two minutes. Serve while hot.
