Flourless Chocolate Cupcake



1 cup Magnolia Gold Butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup cocoa powder
2 tbsps. Water
1 tbsp. San Mig Instant Coffee
4 pcs. eggs
1-¼ cups sugar
powdered sugar for dusting


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line muffin pans with baking cups.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine butter, chopped chocolate and sifted cocoa powder. Dissolve coffee in water; set aside.

Step 3

Beat eggs and sugar then ad coffee mixture. Fold the chocolate mixture. Pour into paper-lined muffin pans.

Step 4

Bake at 350ºF for 23 or until done. Dust with powdered sugar.
