Fruit Cheesecake – No Sugar Added



250 gms. Cream cheese
2 tbsps. Sweet & Fit Natural Sweetener
1 tsp. Cornstarch
2 pcs. Whole eggs
2 pcs. Eggyolks
25 ml. All purpose cream, chilled & half beaten

For the graham crust:

200 gms. Graham
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp. Sweet & Fit

For the fruit garnish:

kiwi, sliced
mangoes, sliced


Step 1

To prepare the crust: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and press into a 3” x 4” -round pan. Set aside.

Step 2

To prepare the cheesecake: Preheat oven to 110ºC for 15 minutes. In a bowl, cream the cream cheese and Sweet & Fit using an electric mixture until smooth. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk the cornstarch, whole eggs, eggyolks and all purpose cream. Fold in the cream cheese mixture until smooth. In another bowl, whisk the all purpose cream for 3 minutes. Fold in the cream into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into a 3” x 4” round pan and place in a tray with an inch of water (bain marie procedure). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh fruits like kiwi, mangoes and cherries.
