Fruit Whole Wheat Crumble

Ingredients:

2- 1/2 cups fresh fruits in season, diced or canned fruit cocktail
2-3 tbsps. Honey
2 tbsps. Raisins soaked in
2 tbsps. Orange juice

Crumble topping:

1 pack (200 gms.) Maya Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
granola bars, crushed

 

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, toss or combine fruits with honey.

Step 2

Add soaked raisins.

Step 3

Divide mixture into ramekins or any serving dish. Set aside.

Step 4

Prepare whole wheat pancake mix according to package directions.

Step 5

Get 2 to 3 pieces of pancakes and crumble.

Step 6

Combine crumbled pancake with crushed granola. Toast slightly.

Step 7

To serve: Top the fruit mixture with the crushed granola mixture. Decorate with a dollop of yogurt. Reserve remaining pancakes for future use. Serve at once.
