8 pcs. Young buko for fruit salad (not malauhog or pang-bukayo), drain, save juice
2 can’s fruit cocktail, drain, save juice
1 bottle (2 cupsP nata de coco or nate de pina, drain, save syrup
2 bottles kaong, red & green of 1 cup each drain, save syrup
2 cups very cold all purpose cream
Dissolve one cup white sugar over moderate heat to caramelize it.
Pour evenly on bottom and sides of the molder. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggyolks and whole eggs.
Add ½ cup sugar, lemon rind and milk.
Mix thoroughly but gently so as not to form air bubbles.
Pour into prepared caramel-lined pan. Put in a large, shallow baking pan containing water. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
