Kalbi Chim (Spicy Beef Spareribs enhanced with sesame seeds)



1 k. spareribs
100 gms. onion leeks
¼ cup ginger juice
2 tsps. gocho carro
¼ cup coconut soy sauce
1/5 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
50 gms. garlic, chopped

For the garnish:

50 gms. carrots
50 gms. onion leeks
10 gms. sesame seeds


Step 1

Boil the beef cubes until half cooked. Add the ginger juice, gocho carro, coconut soy sauce, water, garlic. Then mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Season with sugar and black pepper. Allow to simmer until the beef is tender. After a few minutes remove from fire. Garnish in a serving container with onion leeks, shaped carrots and sesame seeds.
