Lamb Barbecue Shawarma

6 sticks lamb barbecue
6 pcs. flour tortilla
Lettuce, shredded
Ripe tomatoes, sliced
White onions, sliced

For the sauce:
½ cup yoghurt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. garlic, minced



Step 1

To prepare the sauce: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a ketchup dispenser and keep chilled until ready to use.

Step 2

To prepare the sandwich: Grill the lamb barbecue for about 2 minutes per side. Remove meat from the barbecue skewer and place on one flour tortilla.

Step 3

Top with shredded lettuce sliced tomatoes and onions. Drizzle with garlic sauce and roll to secure filling.
