Linguine Pasta Arabiatta



2 pcs. garlic cloves, chopped
¼ pc. white onion, chopped
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
150 gms. linguine pasta (boiled weight)
6 pcs. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
5 pcs. fresh basil leaves
1 pc. red chili, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt & pepper


Step 1

Put olive oil in a medium heated pan. Add in and saute garlic and onion. Add tomato sauce, chili and basil leaves, bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine pasta to the sauce; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Yields 2 servings.
